Symptom narrative

Asthma keeps getting worse. Diagnosed with COPD. I have never smoked. Now with sinusitus. Prescribe a drug, works a while. Then doesn't. Like my body is fighting back.

Medical history

Prior to vaccination, well controlled asthma. Since my asthma keeps getting worse. A drug will work for a while, then it doesn't. Now chronic sinusitus and diagnosed with COPD and never smoked.

Other medications

I had albuteral. But was used so infrequently it was expired.

allergic to, cats, birds and horses.
