On 14-MAY-2026, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine (GARDASIL 9) 0.5 ml, lot # Y015560, expiration date 16-FEB-2027 (route of administration, anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis.
