used an expired Shingrix vaccine and administered it to a patient; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 56-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number GK2AZ, expiry date 21-APR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 13-MAY-2026, the patient received Shingrix. On 13-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: used an expired Shingrix vaccine and administered it to a patient). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
