Symptom narrative

Received flu shot 9-24-25 in R arm. Woke up deaf in Right ear 9-27-25. Went to NP 9-29-25. Went to Dr. 10-6-25. Sent to ER 10-6-25. Had Cat scan and MRI in hospital. Went to ENT 10-13-25. Have since followed up with Drs for treatment but still deaf in Right ear.
