Dose was administered on 5/19/2026 and dose expired on 5/16/2026; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, past medications, and concomitant medications were not reported. On 19-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live (MMRII) powder and solvent for solution for injection (Batch/lot number Y009430 has been verified to be a valid batch lot number for measles, mumps, and rubella [wistar ra 27-3] virus vaccine, live, expiration date reported and confirmed as 16-May-2026) administered as prophylaxis (route of administration and anatomical location were not provided) (Expired product administered).
