Symptom narrative

Per 5/19 phone note: Received a pneumonia vaccine 5/13. Pt ended up being sick for 4 days after injection and ended up in the ER due to it and has now been to the ER twice and urgent care due to arm looking odd where injection site is and it was determined that pt has an infection, they marked her arm and informed her if infection spread past the markings that she needs to follow up with her PCP asap to discuss. Per pt, as of last night and this morning infection is actively and quickly spreading. She said she got 2 antibiotic prescriptions (cephalexin, doxycycline) on 5/17. Seen in clinic on 5/20 and cellulitis is healing well.
