No information was provided regarding the patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medication. On 14-May-2019, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine, recombinant (GARDASIL 9) for prophylaxis (dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot number and expiration date were not reported).
