On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: suspected vaccination Failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: shingles). The patient was treated with prednisone and Antivirals. The outcome of the vaccination failure and shingles were not reported. The patient had caught it and within 24 hours, patient was on antiviral medication, prednisone and lickira. The patient had three blisters that did not itch. The patient thought was past the second week. The patient could not believe the pain. Patient had the vaccine for shingles. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.
