Symptom narrative

Confirmed no symptomatic adverse events; administration of MMR-II past its expiration date to a patient; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and referred to an 15-month-old female patient. The patient's medical history, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On 07-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live (M-M-R) injection (1.00 dosage form total, lot number: Y000225 with expiration date of 03-Jan-2026), reconstituted with sterile diluent injection (lot # Z002900 with 02-Dec-2027; strength, dose were not provided). Both were administered via unknown route for prophylaxis (Expired vaccine used). No symptomatic adverse events were reported.
