Patient received second dose of the havrix vaccine 05/19/26. Mother states patient started with hives after getting home. Mother states patients hives would come and go. Patient came in the next day 05/20/26, and seen with one of our providers in office. Patient was prescribed cetirizine 5 mg/5 mL oral solution 2.5 mL every day as needed. Patient has also been referred to an allergist.
