Symptom narrative

Mom identified following day of reddened area on injection site. Site was marked and appeared larger than the marked area the following day after marking. Mom noted that site was hot to touch. No fever noted. Mom applied cortisone to site. 3-4 days after site returned to baseline. No medical care was sought.
