On 15-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA) 0.5ml once , Lot Number: Z014461 and expiration date: 23-Apr-2027) (route, dose number and anatomical site were not provided) as prophylaxis. The administered vaccine had a temperature excursion of 0.97C, during a Time frame 27 hours 30 minutes. There was not previous temperature excursion.
