Symptom narrative

Patient stated that 3 days after her vaccine Sunday, May 17th, she developed a sore arm and a large, red, itchy to the touch patch about 2 -3 inches below the injection site. She stated the area seemed to improve initially (coloring began to fade and raising of the area diminished). She took a hot bath Tuesday, May 19th and stated the area grew in size, became very red, and was itchy to the touch. Patient visited the pharmacy Wednesday, May 20th at 4:45 PM.
