Symptom narrative

Patient states and showed me today on 5/20 that she had a reaction to the vaccine she received on Sunday 05/17. She had redness and warm-to-touch on the site of the reaction. I told her that it is a somewhat common reaction to have to a vaccine, to take benadryl for reaction and advil for the pain, and to monitor if it gets any worse to contact md or call 911.
