Symptom narrative

Orally administered Day 1 dose at 6:30 AM on empty stomach. At noon during lunch ingested 2 capsules of Nitric Oxide booster (been taking daily for 1 week). At 3:05 PM had episode of diarrhea. Began driving home from work around 3:15 PM. At around 3:30 PM began feeling lightheaded and thought maybe I should pull over to rest. Changed to right lane and began slowing down. Then passed out before reaching the highway shoulder. Was awakened after making contact with a car on driver?s side. Was able to take control and pull car over to the shoulder safely. After about 20 minutes drove home (about 30 min.) safely without incident. Felt completely normal for remainder of the day.
