Symptom narrative

Patient came into our urgent care on 05/20/2026. Her left arm is redness and swelling that has gradually worsened since Friday when receiving RSV vaccine. She was diagnosed with cellulitis and RSV was listed as an allergy by provider.

Medical history

bilat knee pain, hyperlipidemia, multinodular goiter, supraventricular tachycardia, anxiety, restless legs, osteoporos
