Symptom narrative

Thurs 3/19 - 4p Vaccine administered. Fri 3/20 Low fever, body aches. Sat 3/21 a.m. Low fever, body aches / 8 p.m. vaccine location on arm becoming very warm and itchy. Sun 3/22 8a.m. Hives discovered on arm at injection location. Monitored throughout the day, and area progressively grew. Mon 3/23 Messaged with doctor regarding reaction - recommended I take Allegra. Took Allegra - no change. Hives area continued to grow throughout Tues 3/24. Wed 3/25 - went to Urgent care at opening to be seen by employee. Prescribed prednisone for 5 days. 3/29 - Prednisone completed which resolved the hives.
