Symptom narrative

Redness, swelling, itching, and warmth to touch. Advised monitoring closely. Giving 25mg Benadryl for itching and swelling. Cool compresses or cold packs to help the swelling. Marking around the area of redness will help us determine if the redness if worsening or improving. If worsening after 72 hours and having fever return to the clinic.
