AE - Havrix - Late dosing schedule + Twinrix administration; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 45-year-old male patient who received HAV (Havrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Havrix (received 1st dose on 29-SEP-2023, batch no: 35H160826528. expiry date: 13-DEC-2024). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Havrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: AE - Havrix - Late dosing schedule + Twinrix administration). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date:14-MAY-2026 The pharmacist called to ask how to proceed with the dosing schedule of a patient who received the 1st dose of Havrix and had never completed the dosing schedule. This patient received on 14th May 2026 the 1st dose of Twinrix. The reporter asked if the patient would still need 3 doses of Twinrix? The reporter consented to follow up.
