patient was administered VAXELIS.. but part of the liquid came out of the syringe before it was administered/ got a partial dose; This non-serious spontaneous Safety Report was received with reference number: 02814107 (Global PV Identification Number: 2026SA051835) by partner on 17-FEB-2026 and forwarded on 18-FEB-2026 from a Physician. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 1 was received with inquiry number: 02814317 by partner on 17-FEB-2026 and forwarded on 20-FEB-2026. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 2 was received by partner on 17-FEB-2026 and forwarded on 23-FEB-2026. Due to the nature of the event ‘patient was administered VAXELIS. but part of the liquid came out of the syringe before it was administered/ got a partial dose' and Vaxelis is not applicable. Further information is expected.
