ADDITIONAL NON-SIGNIFICANT FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION was received by partner on 04-MAR-2026 and forwarded on 09-MAR-2026 from a health professional. ADDITIONAL NON-SIGNIFICANT FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION was received by Fax on 09-MAR-2026 from a healthcare proessional. Due to the nature of the event the causal relationship between the event of Nurse stated the VAXELIS may have been administered post excursion and No adverse event' and Vaxelis is not applicable.
