gave VAXELIS to an adult on 4/17/2026. Medical Assistant was supposed to give VARIVAX; Vaxelis administered to 23 year-old; No adverse event; This non-serious spontaneous Safety Report with reference number: 02983549 (Interaction number: 02983546) was received by partner on 17-APR-2026 and forwarded on 17-APR-2026 from a health professional. The causal relationship between Vaxelis and the event of gave VAXELIS to an adult on 4/17/2026. Medical Assistant was supposed to give VARIVAX, and Vaxelis administered to 23-year-old' is assessed as not applicable, due to the nature of the events. This case is considered off-label use, due to Vaxelis being administered to a 23-year-old patient. Further information is expected.
