Nurse reported that one of their patients last week got an extra VAXELIS.; The patient got the third dose on 24Mar2026. mistakenly gave another VAXELIS dose on 22Apr2026.; No adverse event; This non-serious spontaneous Safety Report was received with reference number: 02884404 (Global PV identification number: IN-260429-150707) by Partner on 28-APR-2026 and forwarded on 29-APR-2026 from a health professional. Due to the nature of the events ‘Nurse reported that one of their patients last week got an extra VAXELIS, and The patient got the third dose on 24Mar2026. mistakenly gave another VAXELIS dose on 22Apr2026' and vaxelis is assesed as not applicable. This case is considered off-label use. Further information expected. Significant follow-up information was received by the other health professional on 13-MAY-2026 and forwarded on 13-MAY-2026. The case is maintained as non-serious.
