Nurse called and reported a dose of VAXELIS was administered to an 18 year old patient.; This non-serious spontaneous safety report, with reference number 02994815 (Interaction Number 02994812), was received by partner on 07-MAY-2026 and forwarded on 07-MAY-2026 from a nurse. This case is considered as off-label use due to VAXELIS was administered to an 18 year old patient. Due to the nature of the event, the causality between the event 'Nurse called and reported a dose of VAXELIS was administered to an 18 year old patient.' and Vaxelis was not applicable.
