The patient received typhoid and MMR vaccine. Advised to go to the waiting room for 15 min, wait after vaccines administration. He felt fine after receiving the vaccines. During waiting period in the waiting room after few minutes while he was walking around he felt dizzy and fatigue. Walked closed to the wall and put himself to the ground. Alert and oriented, didn't loose consciousness. The corpsman that was in the front desk run to him and helped him to get up. The corpsman called the nurse. The patient was sitting on the chair and laughing. He stated that he didn't eat breakfast and felt weak and tired, so walked close to the wall. He said that he did hit the back of the head on the soft cushion of the chair while sliding, Vital signs stable. The patient send to provider to be evaluated.
