Symptom narrative

The patient was vaccinated at approximately 9am on 5/19. The parent stated her child was complaining of redness, tightness, and itching with a bumpy rash at vaccine site (right deltoid) on the evening of 5/19. The parent began applying a warm compress to area daily with slight redness reported today (5/21). No complaints of itching or bumpy rash today and the parent verbalizes the arm is getting better.
