Client called 05/20/26 @ 11:45 AM. She stated she has been having a tension headache for the last three weeks. She has experienced intermittent burning on the left side of her chest and right arm. No fever. On May 8, 2026 she went to an emergency room for these symptoms. She was given oral dexamethasone. This treatment provided 2 days of symptom relief. The client stated she had a scheduled online appointment with her primary care physician on May 21, 2026.
