Symptom narrative

PAIN IMMEDIATLE, THEN THE SWELLING STARTED, UPPER ARM BECAME HOT TO THE TOUCH. I WAS IN CONTINOUS PAIN AND UNABLE TO MOVE MY ARM WITHOUT EXCURICATING PAIN; THIS LASTED FOR SEVERAL DAY. AFTER THE SWELLING WENT DOWN, PAIN WAS LOCALIZED TO WHEN I MOVED THE ARM NOT CONTINOUS. FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS, THE PAIN HAS NOT GONE AWAY. CONCERN THAT I WAS LOSING MOBILITY IN THE LEFT ARM CAUSED ME TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.
