Symptom narrative

Starting after the administration of these 3 vaccines, patient reports head feeling heavy/numb for 1 day and body aches/pain all over with numbness that comes and goes in fingers and feet. Pain worst in his neck and shoulders, worse with movements.

acne, tremors, decreased libido, anxiety and depression, substance use disorder in remission
