Symptom narrative

All 4 shots administered without issue. Pt started to lean forward, using his phone to try to set up a ride home. Asked for water. Told patient to sit back in chair, started losing color in face. Fainted. Arms and legs went rigid, eyes closed, head back. Tongue looked swollen, face/lips turned purple. Called 911. Laid him on floor attempting recovery position. Adminstered EPI PEN in his Left leg. He started to come to right away and was responsive again. He started talking. He was very sweaty. His color slowly came back into his face. Afterward we noticed some red small dots around eyes, documented by EMTs. Afterward patient admitted he had not had food or water today.
