Symptom narrative

No significant changes on day of vaccine. Patient awoke in middle of the night with pain on both arms. In the morning, right arm was hot and had small lump feeling near vaccine site. The left arm was swollen, hot and painful. On the evening of the day after vaccine, the left arm had redness around vaccine area. That day also had pain, feverish feeling, aching and tired. Those symptoms continued but improved over the following day. On the 3rd day after vaccine, the area near the vaccine started to have peeling skin. On the evening of the 3rd day, both forearms starting having peeling skin. By the 4th day after vaccine, the peeling resolved but itching started on vaccine area of left arm. No itching on forearms. On day 5 after vaccine, itching is less. The hardness in the vaccine area feels golf ball size which is smaller. It still feels warm, but no longer hot.
