Symptom narrative

accidentally received the Menveo 1-vial presentation; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 2-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number JM9P5, expiry date 31-MAY-2027) for prophylaxis. On 30-APR-2026, the patient received Menveo. On 30-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: accidentally received the Menveo 1-vial presentation). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 15-MAY-2026 The pharmacist reported that the patient accidentally received the Menveo 1-vial presentation instead of the 2-vial presentation. Given this includes the same components, would this be considered a valid dose or are there any concerns.
