The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 13-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE), 1 dosage form, total, dose frequency was also reported as "1", administered by Intramuscular route for routine vaccination (exact dose, strength, anatomical site, lot # and expiration date were not reported). Patient experienced elevated resting heart rate (120-130 bpm while seated), chest discomfort/tightness, weakness/fatigue, and increased heart rate with walking/ light activity beginning on 14-May-2026 after receiving the vaccine.
