The patient's medical history, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On unknown dates, at the age of 14 years old, the patient was fully vaccinated with a two-dose schedule of human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine, recombinant (GARDASIL 9) suspension for injection (exact doses, routes of administration, anatomical locations, lot numbers and expiry dates were not reported), for prophylaxis.
