Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix and the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, less than 2 years after receiving Shingrix and not applicable after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: shingles) and incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Did not receive the second dose). The outcome of the shingles was not resolved and the outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
