Symptom narrative

Intramuscular administration.; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of subcutaneous injection formulation administered by other route in a 63-year-old male patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number 4N222, expiry date 13-SEP-2026) for prophylaxis. On 17-MAY-2026, the patient received Priorix (intramuscular). On 17-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced subcutaneous injection formulation administered by other route (Verbatim: Intramuscular administration.). The outcome of the subcutaneous injection formulation administered by other route was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 18-MAY-2026 The Priorix was administered intramuscularly instead of subcutaneous.
