Symptom narrative

Early 2nd dose.; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 60-year-old female patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number 93YN2, expiry date 03-FEB-2028) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Havrix (received first Havrix on 18-OCT-2025). On 17-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Havrix. On 17-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: Early 2nd dose.). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 18-MAY-2026 The pharmacist called to inform that have a person that was given the doses in the incorrect interval. Reporter mentioned that for Havrix, 2 doses were given 1 month apart from each other.
