Got Men B vaccine on 5/5/26 on left arm felt muscle or nerve flinch during vaccination- had immediate soreness had to get ice, had bad soreness called office on 05/09/26- was advised ice, Ibuprofen prn Reports pain over injection site on left arm, radiating to shoulder can't exercise, moving stuffs and doing dishes hurts at the spot Taking ibuprofen 600mg prn- last dose was today 4PM, helps a little bit also tried heat was swollen a little bit initially- got better over time Patient denies vaccine being administered too high near shoulder joint. She does have a picture post vaccination - with bandaid on lateral aspect of upper arm (over left deltoid) No bleeding or bruising No fever. No redness around the injection site, no current swelling No arm numbness
