Reported Symptoms: 10033987:PARESTHESIA; Narrative: 83 yo male given the RSV vaccine (Abrysvo) in February 2025. A few days later, Patient called facility PCP that ~72 hours after vaccine, he developed pins and needles in bilateral hands and feet. Provider was concerned for Guillain-Barre syndrome so instructed patient to present to the nearest ED. Patient was hospitalized for a few days for further work-up. No definitive diagnosis was made during admission (Guillain-Barre ruled out), and patient made a full recovery. Paresthesia has not been widely reported in literature.
