Patient received vaccine on 5/22/2, 22 days after expiration date. Upon noticing the error pharmacist reached out to Manufacturer, patient and PCP. Per CDC recommendation patient will come back same day to repeat vaccine. Website: " If the expired dose is not a live vaccine, the dose should be repeated as soon as possible. "
