TBI; Random Rheumatoid Arthritis; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS (Random Rheumatoid Arthritis) and CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY (TBI) in a patient of an unknown age and gender who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. In 2020, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. In 2020, the patient experienced RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS (Random Rheumatoid Arthritis) (seriousness criteria disability and medically significant). On an unknown date, the patient experienced CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY (TBI) (seriousness criteria disability and medically significant). At the time of the report, RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS (Random Rheumatoid Arthritis) and CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY (TBI) had not resolved. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) was unknown. No concomitant medications were reported. It was unknown if the patient received vaccines within the past 4 weeks. It was reported that the patient had the Covid vaccine early in the covid outbreak and got RRA (Random Rheumatoid Arthritis) from that. It started the day after the vaccine and continues till date. The patient was taking Rinvoq and had been since 2020. After the RRA was discovered, the patient lasted a couple more years before retiring on disability from a traumatic brain injury (TBI). The patient had permanent disabilities from the vaccine. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events.; Reporter's Comments: Craniocerebral injury was assessed as not related, due to lack of biological plausibility. The benefit-risk relationship of product is not affected by this report.
