Symptom narrative

Due to prior history of iron deficiency anemia patient had a follow up CBC drawn. labs demonstrated the following (copied and pasted below - summary is that platelets were low as well as low ANC. patient was otherwise asymptomatic and this was an incidental finding) plan is to repeat draw a cbc in 2-4 weeks. Per CDC website MMR can cause thrombocytopenia, : 05/18/26 10:52 Leukocytes: 6.1 Erythrocytes: 4.21 Hemoglobin: 11.5 Hematocrit: 33.6 Mean Corpuscular Volume: 79.8 Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin: 27.3 Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Conc: 34.2 Platelets: 148 (L) Mean Platelet Volume: 10.0 Erythrocyte Distribution Width SD: 36.9 (L) Erythrocyte Distribution Width CV: 12.9 Polymorphonuclear Percent: 11 (L) Lymphocytes Percent: 75 (H) Monocytes Percent: 6 Eosinophils Percent: 1 Basophils Percent: 1 Reactive Lymphocytes Percent: 6 (H) Neutrophils Absolute: 0.67 (L) Lymphocytes Absolute: 4.58 Monocytes Absolute: 0.37 Eosinophils Absolute: 0.06 Basophils Absolute: 0.06 Reactive Lymphocytes Absolute: 0.37 (H) Erythrocyte Morphology: Normal (L): Data is abnormally low (H): Data is abnormally high
