Eye infection; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of eye infection in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included pinkeye. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced eye infection (Verbatim: Eye infection) (serious criteria other: Serious as per reporter). The outcome of the eye infection was unknown. The reporter considered the eye infection to be related to Shingrix. The company considered the eye infection to be unrelated to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 16-MAY-2026 The patient self-reported this case for herself. The patient advised that individuals with a history of pink eye should not receive the shingles vaccine, as it could trigger a serious eye infection.
