Patient of 4 months in age (20 weeks and 6 days) was given the Rota vaccine via orally at her Wellness checkup. The patient did not receive the 1st dose in this series due to the fact that she aged out when she got her 1st set of shots at 3 months (15 weeks and 8 days) On April 23, 2026. Patient's parent was told by the Provider before the vaccines were ordered what vaccines were to be given and also verified again when the MA went into the room to administer the vaccines what was being given. Parent later sent a message through online chart around 4:45pm and was concerned with health risks for her baby taking the vaccine due to the fact that she was told at her child's last nurse visit with us that her daughter aged out of being able to get the Rota vaccine.
