Upon receipt of follow-up information on 20May2026, this case now contains all required information to be considered valid. This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP, Program ID. A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: BLOOD PRESSURE ABNORMAL (hospitalization), outcome "not recovered", described as "my blood pressure has never been so screwed up"; BLOOD CHOLESTEROL ABNORMAL (non-serious), BLOOD TRIGLYCERIDES ABNORMAL (non-serious), outcome "unknown" and all described as "screwed up my BP, cholesterol levels and my triglycerides". The patient was hospitalized for blood pressure abnormal (hospitalization duration: 7 day(s)). The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: Blood cholesterol: screwed up; Blood pressure measurement: screwed up; Blood triglycerides: screwed up. Clinical course: Pfizer shots put patient in the hospital for almost a week and patient has had blood pressure issues ever since. Covid shots screwed up patient's BP, cholesterol levels and patient's triglycerides big time and this would happen and the patient was probably lucky that patient was alive.
