Symptom narrative

patient reports extreme fatigue beginning the evening of vaccination that only began improving in the afternoon the next day. She also reported several rashes that appeared on right forearm as well as a few raised bumps on upper right arm at least a few inches below injection site. She saw her provider who prescribed oral and topical steroids on 5-21-26. She reports feeling less week on 5-22-26 and her rashes are unchanged.
