Symptom narrative

Patient erroneously received the varicella vaccine in addition to the Proquad (Measles, Mumps, Rebella, and Varicella), thus receiving two doses of the varicella vaccine. The mother was contacted who reported the patient was well and didn't experience any adverse reactions, ill symptoms, or seizures.
