Symptom narrative

I am a physician. Numbness and paresthesias in the left foot were noted when I awoke on 3/6/26. The following morning symmetric numbness and paresthesias were noted in the right foot. These symptoms have persisted. Occasional symmetrical parestesias also occure in the thumbs and index fingers. I have been diagnosed with idiopathic mixed motor and sensory neuropathy. However, I think mild GBS is a strong likelihood based on the temporal relation to vaccination.

MRI lumbar spine 3/10/26. MRI cervical spine 3/24/26. NCS/EMG 3/20/26. A battery of usual CBC, Chemistry panels, autoimmune panels, TSH and vitamin levels were done in March and April 2026.
