Symptom narrative

Patient broke out with itchy, red tiny papular rash all over her body on the evening after receiving HPV vaccination. Rash continued and spread to her face, which prompted visit to urgent care. Pt was prescribed with Prednisolone. Rash went away after 3 days of Prednisolone. No fever, facial swelling, or SOB.
