Paralyzed because of Shingrix vaccine; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of paralysis in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced paralysis (Verbatim: Paralyzed because of Shingrix vaccine) (serious criteria GSK medically significant). The outcome of the paralysis was resolved with sequelae. The reporter considered the paralysis to be related to Shingrix. The company considered the paralysis to be unrelated to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date: 19-MAY-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The patient had been paralyzed because of Shingrix vaccine. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.; Sender's Comments: A case of Paralysis, unknown time after received Shingrix in a male patient. Case lacks further information on time to onset, medical history, concurrent conditions and laboratory data.
